Solution: Renaming the .TLG and .ND files
One of the reasons why you might have been facing this problem is due to the corruption or deletion of .TLG and .ND files. And if there are copies made from these files, then also you might get the problem. In order to fix that, you can take this solution.
• Start the process by navigating to the company file location.
• Open the folder and spot all the files with an extension of .ND and .TLG file.
• Start by renaming the .ND files by simply putting an extension in front of them that’s “.OLD” and you have to do that for each of your files.
• Once they are done, you need to repeat the same process for all the .TLG files as well.
• Make sure you do not leave any of these files because it will be problematic for you.
• Once done, close your Quickbooks software and then shut down the device.
• When you relaunch the application, you will not have to face any problem.
