Teachers’ Day Quotes

Teachers - Teaching is a way of imparting knowledge. For any individual, learning begins from the stage of infancy. Teaching does not necessarily start in schools. What is good or bad, what to do and not to do, what is right or wrong is taught by parents even before an individual learns to speak. All the basic activities like standing up, walking, drinking or eating, playing are taught by parents or family members. As the age progresses, kids enter from the stage of infancy to childhood when they cross the threshold of their homes to step into a systematic environment called “school”. In the class room, the tiny tots get to see a totally different ambience comprising of kids of the same age who are introduced with the practice of reading, writing, reciting, memorising and reproducing the essentials of what was taught to them by teachers in the most simple ways. Different facades of the world around them are introduced to them and the process of teaching and learning gets more regular and rigorous with each passing year. Students get good exposure to the complexities of the world and life.

Who Is A Teacher?

A teacher is not mere a person who explains the lessons to students, but he is the medium through whom the very purpose of emanation of the subject, the fundamentals and concepts of multiple aspects of theory are transplanted into the brains of students which form the strong foundation for further innovative ideas to crop up leading to new vistas of the subject at a later date.

Apart from being inculcated about various subjects, students would also get enlightenment about the great ideals, morals of life from the biographies of eminent scholars, humanitarians, leaders, philosophers, scientists. Students get benefitted maximum, if their receptivity is properly commensurate with the teaching flow of teachers / mentors. Finally, it is the proper mindset of students to comprehend the concepts, their serious mindedness to learn everything about the subjects of their interest that matters, fructifies and moulds them into great human beings who can render invaluable service to humanity in various fields by becoming doctors, scientists, space travellers / explorers, economists, professors, mathematicians, engineers, lawyers, defence personnel, sociologists, erudite leaders of nations etc.

It can be unequivocally affirmed that teachers do certainly orient the mindset of students in the right direction, make them lead the world in the path of prosperity and get them to turn the earth a better to place to live in.
