You can start the troubleshooting process by clicking on the “Windows Start” menu. And this has to be done on the server computer.
Post this you will see your search bar where you need to type “run” and then hit the enter key on your keyboard.
Now you need to type “CMD” in that run window and again click the enter key.
In the field that you see on your screen now, there will be a search option. In that department you will have to simply type, “ipconfig/all.” This is the CMD window we are talking about.
And after typing this you just need to click on the enter key on your keyboard.
Then there will be another window that will open in front of you. There you will have to search the host name in your window IP configuration section.
There you will see the name of the server on the right hand side.
When you are able to spot that name just write it down somewhere or copy it in a Word document.
Now you will have to check whether this name is the same on the server you are using or not.
