Solution: Adjust the Proxy Server settings
QuickBooks uses Internet Explorer at the backend to connect with the online services, so follow the steps given below even if use don’t use Internet Explorer or using Windows 10:

- Click on the Gear icon present at the top right corner of the window.
- Select the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
- Go to the Connections tab.
