Inha University is a private research university located in Incheon, South Korea. Inha was established by the first president of South Korea, Syngman Rhee. Inha is a Korean-American collaboration school; even its name also explains the morpheme-- "In" comes from the city of Incheon and "Ha" from Hawaii, USA. In 1954 it was started as a polytechnic university and further named as Inha Institute of Technology and later converted as Research University.

This University has Graduate school and Master graduate programs. Inha has about a total 40 research institutes and most of them are established before 2000. Currently, INHA is building a wide global campus in Songdo International City. Equipped with the innovation research facilities, INHA aspires to be one of the top 100 universities in the world and a major force for further growth in Korea.

1. Student Library:

Operated by the student governing body, this library houses a large collection of books in various areas such as arts, humanities and social science. Students can also watch DVDs and study in reading rooms. Openings hours 9:00~18:00, not open during public holidays but open during vacation, operating hours extended during exam periods.

2. Student Life Research Institute:

The Student Life Research Institute was established in 1976 in order to help students enjoy a richer campus life. The center provides a variety of services including counseling and psychological testing. These services support students’ mental well-being and their  success in future.

3. Infirmary:

Inha University Health Center aims to provide primary medical services and preventive health care by attending to the various health needs of students, staff and faculty. Services are Primary health care, First aid, Counseling health problems, Consultation and referral health education and counseling.

4.  IT Support:

Computer Rooms are open for meant for students and faculty members. Operating Hours: Most computer rooms are open from 09:00 to 18:00 (~17:00 during vacation), but some of them are open until 21:00.

5. Student Training Camp:

Inha University’s Student Training Camp is located in Mongsan-ri, Nam-myun, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do Province, which boasts a beautiful natural environment with lush dense pines and a white sand beach, rare for the west coast. All facilities, including rooms, showers, a seminar hall and the kitchen are available at affordable prices. The center is within walking distance of the small Mongdae Port, which offers inexpensive and fresh seafood. Mongsanpo beach is also near the camp. Cheongpodae, Sambong, Bangpo, and Kkotji beaches are easily accessible by traveling southward. Another appealing option is a visit to the Natural Recreation Forest of Anmyeondo Island.
