What Is Persimmon?

Non-Astringent:

Non –astringent varieties are Fuyu, Gosho, Izu, Imoto, Jiro, Maekawajiro, Okugosho, Suruga and more.

Persimmons contains 7.5mg (12.5% of RDA-Recommended dietary Allowance) of vitamin C, 0.73mg (5% of RDA) of vitamin E, 81 IU (3% of RDA) of vitamin A, 0.030 mg (2.5% of RDA) of thiamin, 2.6 µg (2% of RDA) of vitamin K, 0.020 mg (1.5% of RDA) of Riboflavin, 0.100mg (7.5 % of RDA) of pyridoxine and 0.100mg (1% of RDA) of niacin.

Minerals:

Persimmons contain 161 mg (2.5% of RDA) of potassium, 8 mg (0.8% of RDA) of calcium, 0.113 mg (12.5% of RDA) of copper, 9 mg (2% of RDA) of magnesium, 0.355mg (15% of RDA) of manganese, 17 mg (4.5% of RDA) of phosphorus and 0.11 mg (1% of RDA) of zinc.
