Solar Paint- RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Researchers created Revolutionary future for clean energy solar paint. The paint have developed with new compound synthetic molybdenum sulphide, it acts like silica gel. Silica gel actually used in sachets to absorb moisture and keep medicines and food fresh and dry. The synthetic molybdenum sulphide acts as semi- conductor that catalysis the splitting of water into oxygen and hydrogen. Synthetic Molybdenum sulphide is mixed with Titanium oxide, Titanium oxide particles leads to sunlight absorbs paint that produce hydrogen fuel from moist air and solar energy. Titanium oxide used for wall paints, it is a white pigment. Synthetic Molybdenum sulphide combine with Titanium oxide can produce hydrogen fuel and convert brick wall into energy harvesting.
Advantages of Solar Paint:
- Solar paint can be used in anywhere including remote areas that has water vapor in the air can produce hydrogen fuel.
- This Solar paint can also use in near oceans. Sunlight absorbs sea water produce hydrogen fuel.
Titanium interacts with oxygen it forms titanium oxide. Titanium oxide is a white pigment. Titanium oxide mainly used in paints, cosmetics, plastics, paper, tooth paste, soap, food colorants, treatment agents, textiles, coatings, printing inks, adhesives and rubber. Titanium oxide mainly found in soils, sands and ores.

Hydrogen produces variety of domestic resources such as nuclear power, natural gas and biomass. When hydrogen burns, it reacts with oxygen in the air creates heat. Heat is used as energy. Hydrogen is reactive substance, when it reaction occur energy is released. Energy to perform useful work, it consider as hydrogen fuel. Hydrogen fuel is used in cars, houses and many applications. Hydrogen fuel cannot produce pollution. NASA use liquid hydrogen for rocket into orbit. Hydrogen is an excellent fuel for many reasons. Hydrogen is carbon-free, exceptionally clean, store and transport, lighter than air, easy to store in large amounts, safe to produce, easily produced from many different sources. There are many methods to produce hydrogen fuel such as electrolysis, Thermochemical process and Biological process
Electrolysis is one kind of method to produce hydrogen from renewable resources. Electrolysis is the process of using electricity to split water into hydrogen and oxygen. This reaction takes place in a unit called an electrolyzer. Electrolyzer produces large amount of hydrogen gas.
Thermochemical process use chemical reactions and heat to release hydrogen.
Natural gas Reforming:
Natural gas contains methane. Methane reacts with High temperature of steam to produce hydrogen.
Heat, oxygen and steam are involving in this process. At high temperature Biomass gasification process converts organic materials with amount of oxygen or steam produce hydrogen.
By using sunlight or organic matter and biological reactions bacteria and microalgae produce hydrogen.
Microbial biomass conversion:
Bacteria and microalgae to consume and digest biomass and release hydrogen.
Silica gel is a microporous, it is form of sand. Silica gel contains low vapor pressure inside it. Silica gel contain thousands of microscopic cavities, they absorb water molecules from the humid air.
