Long March-5y2 rocket - On July 3 (Sunday), 2017 China launched Shavian -18 satellite from Winching space launch center on the southern Chinese island of Hainan. The Long March-5y2 rocket carried 7.5 tonnes Shavian-18, which is China’s latest technology experiment satellite, but failed on Sunday itself. Shavian -18 satellite was designed based on Dongofanghong-5 satellite platform.
