Bromine Element:

Bromine is the third –lightest element in the halogen family. It is a chemical element and it is a member of group 17 and period 4 in the periodic table. Atomic number of bromine is 35 and it is indicated by symbol is Br. Br belongs to the halogen family. Chlorine, Iodine and Astatine are the other elements in the halogen family.  Bromine-79 and bromine-81 are the natural isotopes of bromine.
