Apple gives 0.12 mg of iron per 100 grams of apple. Iron helps to store oxygen. Iron is useful in treating diseases related to anemia.
Apple has 0.035 % of manganese. Manganese plays a vital role in calcium absorption, carbohydrate metabolism and blood sugar regulation.
